Central Avenue Nursery is owned and operated by Henry Hakopian. The facility is located in San Bernardino, California — the Inland Empire — and runs cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and on-site retail under a single C12 microbusiness license issued by the California Department of Cannabis Control.

The microbusiness license is the most operationally vertical license type the DCC issues. Operating four functions on one site lets us keep tight quality controls from genetics through finished product, and lets us route flower and finished SKUs to licensed wholesale partners across California with shorter lead times.

We work with sister California licensees including Sky Club LLC (C10 retail in Van Nuys) and Fly Hye Two, LLC (C11 distributor and cultivator of the Crystal flower line). Each licensee operates independently under its own state authorization and complies with California Department of Cannabis Control requirements on its own behalf.
